Join us on the Playing Field next to Edgbaston Reservoir! (Gillot Rd entrance) Saturday 13th July 2019 12pm-4pm
EAT great food from The Real Junk Food Project Birmingham, or bring your own picnic. MAKE music in the open mic tent, knit and natter, arts and crafts activities for children and adults, horticulture. PLAY football, tug of war, obstacle course, tai chi, led bike rides, children’s exercise sessions. PLUS loads more for all ages!
The first Eat, Make, Play on the playing field in 2018 attracted 200+ people and led to the launch of our community enterprise. Now we’re bringing it back for Summer 2019 and this year will be even bigger and better. Eat, Make, Play teamed up with Artscoop Central and Use-It Urban Innovation and of course, landowners Birmingham Settlement. Come and enjoy yourself, eat some tasty food, make something cool at one of our arts and crafts workshops and play all day!
If you are on Facebook there is an event you can click to attend here or just turn up on the day.
If you’re an artist based in Birmingham, particularly in the Edgbaston Ward – we’d love to hear from you! We support and encourage artists of all specialisms to create events and do creative stuff together. Get in touch with us to find out how you can get involved.
